Guidelines for logging in:
clear.net My Account
If you want to log in and manage your clear.net Account and Services (for example, to add a user to your account or change a user to Flat Rate) you need to use your Vodafone Account Number (e.g. 19191919) and password. Enter your Account Number in the Login ID field above.
clear.net My User
If you want to log in and manage your personal clear.net email account (for example, to change your Password, set up mail forwarding or log in for Remote Mail Access) you need to use your clear.net Login ID (the first part of your clear.net email address that comes before @clear.net.nz) and password.
